Our Services

All of our services are provided in clients own homes to ensure pets are at their happiest and most comfortable while their owners are away. We offer drop-in visits that include giving food, water, and any medication needed (at no additional cost). We also provide potty breaks or scoop litter boxes each visit, and monitor for any potential health concerns. All visits also include a detailed report card with photos of your pet to put your mind at ease. Visits are offered in 30, 45, or 60 minute increments or ask about custom visit lengths to meet your pet’s needs. We also offer dog walks on an as needed or recurring schedule.

To request services, please use the consultation form on the contact us page if you are a prospective client. We provide a free meet and greet for all new clients to ensure it’s the best fit for everyone. Current clients, please login to submit your request via the client portal.

Keys: We have lockboxes available for sale for your convenience. If a key exchange is necessary, there is a $25 fee per key exchange.

Please note that we do not provide boarding services or stay overnight in clients’ homes.

Holiday pricing will be applied to the following dates: May 24-27, 2024, Jul 4 - Jul 7, 2024, Aug 30 - Sep 2, 2024, Nov 28 - Dec 1, 2024, Dec 21, 2024 -Jan 1, 2025.

House Sitting: We also provide drop-in visits for non-pet households to perform a general check of the property, bring in mail/packages (under 50 lbs), set trash bins out, and water plants and gardens at the standard drop-in rates.

Cancellation Policies

Dog Walking:

By 12 pm the day before services begin: Full credit applied to account

After 12 pm the day before services begin: 50% credit applied to account

Same day cancellations: No credit applied to account

Non-holiday Drop-in Visits:

By 12 pm day before services begin: Full credit applied to your account

After 12 pm day before services begin: 50% credit applied to your account for 1st 7 days of booking, then full credit for remainder of booking

Same day cancellations: No credit given 1st 7 days of booking, then 50% credit applied to account for remainder of booking

Holiday Drop-in Visits:

Thanksgiving/Christmas/NYE bookings

By 12 pm 7 days before services begin: Full credit applied to account

After 12 pm 7 days before services begin: 50% credit applied to account for first 7 days of booking, then full credit applied to account for remainder of booking

Same day cancellations: No credit given 1st 7 days of booking, then 50% credit applied to account for remainder of booking

All Other Holidays:

By 12 pm 3 days before services begin: Full credit applied to account

After 12 pm 3 days before services begin: 50% credit applied to account for 1st 7 days of booking, then full credit applied to account for remainder of booking

Same day cancellations: No credit given 1st 7 days of booking, then 50% credit applied to account for remainder of booking
